Password reset

Your FX Blue password is stored using one-way encryption. We cannot tell you your password. We can only reset it, and send you the new password via email.

You can either reset the password on a single account, if you can remember its username, or you can reset the password on all accounts registered to your email address. The new password will be sent to you by email - please check your junk-mail folder if you do receive the email shortly.

Please note: if you publish your results using our Publisher EA, you can get your password from the EA's properties.
